Hatha 1 A practice for beginners. This class emphasizes the foundations of asana/postures and breath work.
Hatha 2 A practice for students with previous experience. Asana/postures and breath work are reviewed and refined. The focus is on more subtle aspects of the practice.

Hatha Flow This class combines a vinyasa style flow with the alignment principles of hatha.
Gentle A slower paced class accessible to students all ages, sizes, and fitness levels. Modified and supported postures make this class perfect for beginners, those recovering from injury or illness, or for anyone who wants to slow down and take it easy.
