| Deeply Restful Restorative Yoga with Tracy
While we sleep, we rarely take time to rest.
Restorative yoga is a quiet, inward-focused style of yoga that uses props to fully support the body. Each pose is held for a long period of time to allow for a deep relaxation of your muscles. This deep form of relaxation switches off the chronic "fight or flight" response allowing your body to rest and your mind to quiet as you strengthen immunity, improve digestion and repair injured muscles and tissue.
No yoga experience is necessary, just come with the willingness to be still and present with yourself.

| Sound Bath with Steve Alling
Come in from the cold and treat yourself to an hour of deep relaxation accompanied by the peaceful, healing vibrations of Tibetan singing bowls and gongs. Snuggle up, get comfy, and immerse yourself in the healing vibrations set to the frequency of "OM". Notice as your body and mind surrender into a deep state of relaxation.
Sound healing is beneficial in reducing stress and promoting a deep sense of peace and well being that can lead to better health. The harmonic vibrations engage the relaxation response which slows down the respiratory and heart rates. The mind quiets while the pain reflux is disrupted.
No yoga experience is necessary. Bring your favorite blanket, pillow and eye pillow.
