| Tracy Caracciolo, BA, 500 CYT Tracy has been a student of yoga since 2002. She received her first teaching certification in 2007 through the Temple of Kriya Yoga in Chicago. In May 2009, Tracy completed Prairie Yoga's 500 hour advanced teacher training program. During this time, she focused her studies on adapting yoga for individual needs. She specialized her training to include therapeutic and gentle applications of yoga.
In her classes, Tracy emphasizes breath-synchronized movements, proper body alignment, and the development of self-awareness. Props are used to increase stability and comfort. Her intention is to offer safe and comfortable classes for students to release, open, and strengthen the body while quieting the mind.
Tracy remains an active part of the Prairie Yoga Teacher Training community as a mentor where she enjoys supporting the growth of yoga teacher trainees in their efforts to become certified.

Jennifer Brenner, 200 CYT in Training
Jennifer had been teaching yoga for nearly two years before she decided to deepen her teaching skills by enrolling in the Prairie Yoga Teacher Training. Aside from building strength and flexibility, Jen believes that by practicing yoga, you can reduce stress, increases awareness, and become more patient, all which will simplify life.
In her classes, Jen emphasizes proper body alignment, synchronized breath work, and provides modification for many poses. She loves to see students get into their bodies and discover their breath.
Jen is currently finishing the 200 hour teacher training program at Prairie Yoga and is excited to share what she has learned.

| Mary Dempsey, 200 CYT
Mary has been a student of yoga for six years. She loved the stress relief that yoga provides so much she decided to become a yoga teacher. Mary earned her 200hr teaching certification in April 2010 through Moksha Yoga Studio and continues to refine her teaching skills through teacher training workshops.
In her gentle classes, Mary focuses on proper alignment, breath awareness, and stability. She believes yoga is not only about fitness, but rather part of a healthy lifestyle.
Mary is the mother of four sons and resides in Orland Park.

| Kate Klauseger, B.S., 200 CYT in Training Kate first discovered yoga 15 years ago when she was looking for a way to deal with stress as well as add more fitness in her life. In 2010, she enrolled in the 200 hour teacher training program at Prairie Yoga in order to deepen her own practice and learn the skills to bring her love of yoga to others through teaching.
Kate teaches Hatha and Vinyasa style yoga, as well as breath work and meditation. In her classes, Kate enjoys teaching students to go deeper into their practice by focusing on breath and body awareness. Through yoga, she believes one is able to discover inner peace as well as inner strength.

| Danette Muscarella, 200CYT Danette has been a student of yoga for many years. She was immediately drawn to the practice for the strength and balance it brought to her life, both on and off the mat. Having been inspired by many different styles of yoga, Danette decided to pursue a teaching certification. She completed her teacher training through Moksha Yoga in Chicago.
Danette has studied with many different master teachers and draws on a wide variety of styles in her classes. Expect to find hints of tantra and kundalini yoga as well as classical hatha woven throughout her classes. Breath work and meditation are also a emphasized in her classes. Danette continues her yoga studies by mentoring with the Moksha teacher training program.
